We can Refurbish many types of Barrels for the following industries:-

TWS can in most cases refurbish worn extruder barrels, injection moulding barrels by honing parallel and re Nitriding and then re-furbishing the screw to suit the new barrel size. If the barrel is too worn to hone out we can manufacture a new replacement barrel in either Nitriding steel (EN41b) or with a bimetallic bore please click here for more info on new barrels.

 

For the rubber industries we can manufactur larger barrels for dump extruders with warter jackets chrome bores
